At Balmore Construction, we have a great deal of experience working on many ‘new builds’ for clients. These new builds can as you would expect, have taken many different forms.
Some new build projects have involved us levelling the site where an existing house is located, so that the owners can build their dream house in an area that they like.
Other new build projects we have completed have taken place on a plot of land that was not currently occupied. Although on the face of it this may seem a more straight forward project (and in some ways it is) it also has other considerations to take into account, such as how are the main services to be accessed by the home owner and what is involved in running them to the house.
